Register to Two-Factor Authentication

Before you register to Two-Factor Authentication, user must need to have:

1.  An internet connected device with web browser

2. Install the Two-Factor Authentication application (example: Microsoft Authenticator)

 

User can register your Two-Factor Authentication using either a desktop  browser or mobile browser.

 1. Enter the Digiworks server URL in web browser.

Inquire with the System Administrator for the URL (example : https://digiworks.mycompany.com)

2. Enter valid username and password.

3. Choose token for Two-Factor Authentication : Email Token or Smartphone Token.

 Email Token - User receive One-time Password on their email address and enter the One-time Password in the system via the  web browser.

Smartphone Token - User must use the Mobile App Authenticator to scan the QR code, generate the One-time Password and enter the One-time Password in the system via the  web browser.

4. Once the One-time Password is entered and validated, user is successfully logged into the system.
