Add New Record Folder
Adding a New Record Folder can be done within the Record Category. Record Folder can have store and dispose files in the system.
Pre-Requisites to Add New Record Folder:
1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
2. User logged in successfully in the system.
3. User is part of the site.
4. User has security clearance to the site.
Follow these steps to add a new record folder in DigiWorks Enterprise:

Attribute | Description |
Name | Enter valid Name of the Record Category |
Title | Enter valid Title of the Record Category |
Description | Enter valid Description of the Record Category |
Record Category ID | Auto filled attribute |
Location | Enter the desired location |
Vital Record | Tick the box if its a vital record |
Review Period | Enter valid date of review period |
Expiration | Enter valid expiration of the Record Category |
