Create New Document from Template
In DigiWorks Enterprise, you can create a new document using the Template from the system. This module helps user to create a blank or template document in the most convenient and easiest way.
In creating a new document using the Template from the system, you may choose between two options:
1. Blank Template- Creates blank Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents that can store at respective Document Library location.
2. Existing Template- Creates a data document in which most of the data is provided by-default and remaining input data user needs to be provided, resulting a full-fledged data document that can store at respective Document Library location.
Follow these steps to create a New Document using Blank/Existing Template in the DigiWorks:
1. Upon log into the system, clickbutton to proceed Documents section.
2. In the Documents section, clickbutton to start in creating New Document using the template.
3. Select the desired template for the document.
4. Enter the Document Properties. The document properties varies for each template.
6. Preview the document.
