Explore Public Shares

Public Shares is a location where user can find documents which are shared, user can share a particular file/document up to some time period by giving a expiry date to that document until that time those kind of files are displayed in Public shares and as well as in respective location of document library and also when user want to share that selected document externally, a sharable link is created up to expiry date got fixed by user.

In Public Shares, user could see the following details: 

1. 1. File Name
   2. Title
   3. Location
   4. Version
   5. Size
   6. Modified Date
   7. Last Person Modified

Pre-Requisites to access Public Shares:

1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
2. User logged in successfully in the system.
