Access Recycle Bin

Recycle Bin is a location where deleted files or folders are temporarily stored in every version. The Recycle Bin allows users to recover files that were deleted in the system. It is on the Documents Section. User can do two actions within the Recycle Bin such as: Restore and Permanently Delete.

Restore Button: When a deleted file or document is transferred to the Recycle Bin, then the restore button is activated, the file or document can be restored to its previous location.

Permanent Delete Button: When a deleted file or document is transferred to the Recycle Bin, then the permanent delete button is activated, the file or document is wiped out in the system.

 

Pre-Requisites to access Recycle Bin:

  1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
  2. User logged in successfully in the system.

 

Follow these steps to access Recycle Bin:
