Browse My Tasks

My Tasks is a list of all of the tasks assigned to the user in your given organization. It allows users to see the summary of the tasks, active tasks and completed tasks. Also, user see the tasks details, attachments and task history for each tasks.

Pre-Requisites to access My Tasks:

  1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
  2. User logged in successfully in the system.

To access My Tasks in DigiWorks Enterprise, see the following steps:

2. Clickimage-1640084983106.pngto browse the tasks . For each task, users can see the task details, attachments and task history.

3. User can sort, filter out available tasks and even search a particular task.

4. Apart from individual tasks, there are also "GROUP TASKS", where it provides an option to claim ongoing task to any of two users when workflow is created.
