Add New Record Category
Adding a Record Category allows user to organize records by category. Record Category can have folders and files within the category.
Pre-Requisites to Add New Record Category:
1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
2. User logged in successfully in the system.
3. User is part of the site.
4. User has security clearance to the site.
Follow these steps to add a new record category in DigiWorks Enterprise:

Attribute | Description |
Name | Enter valid Name of the Record Category |
Title | Enter valid Title of the Record Category |
Description | Enter valid Description of the Record Category |
Record Category ID | Auto filled attribute |
Vital Record | Tick the box if its a vital record |
Review Period | Enter valid date of review period |
Expiration | Enter valid expiration of the Record Category |
