Explore Recent Files

For the DigiWorks Enterprise, in the Documents section, the Recent files displays the last uploaded/property edited documents you opened in the system so that you can use those links to quickly access the files. This feature is turned on by default. This feature is categorized by different days such as 3 days, 7 days and current day. It can search recent files within the Recent Files Feature. Also, user can adjust the number of files that it displays. Lastly, user can choose on the kind of view that the files is displayed in the Recent Files.

Pre-Requisites to access Recent Files:

  1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
  2. User logged in successfully in the system.

 

Follow these steps to access Recent Files:
