Explore My Analytics
My Analytics gives insights into different reports about the tasks, process and SLAs. Users can generate report based on the process name, status, SLAS and dates. The generated report can be exported, saved and printed out from the system.
Pre-Requisites to access My Analytics:
- User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
- User logged in successfully in the system.
Follow these steps to access My Analytics in DigiWorks Enterprise:
1. Go to

to explore My Analytics in the system.
3. Select Start Date/End Date and Select Process Name, Process Status, Process Duration then Tap on "GENERATE REPORT".
