Compare Documents
In an organization, users may have different versions of same document. This feature which is called Compare Documents is a tool that allows user to compare two different version of any type of documents at one. It can highlight any changes or differences between the two, leaving the user to edit, approve or accept the changes.
Pre-Requisites to access Compare Documents:
- User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
- User logged in successfully in the system.
If you like to compare documents in DigiWorks Enterprise, follow these following these steps:
1. Go to Documents
2. Select the Files or Documents in the Document Library
3. Right click in the Documents.
4 . Choose Compare Documents
5. Then, compare the documents.
Also, you can compare versions of the document. Follow these steps to compare versions of the document.
1. On the right side of the web page, click button
2. Select the first version to compare.
5. Select the second document to compare with.
8. Lastly, compare the documents.
