Search Files and Folders

In the DigiWorks Dashboard, there is a search section where users can search files, folders and etc. 

There are three options on how can use search:

• Users can filter the search by choosing files only. The user need to type the file name of the files and the system will search through all of the files.
• Users can filter the search by choosing folders only. The user need to type the folder name and the system will search through all of the folder.
• Users can search all of the files and folders by simply typing the keywords and the system will search through the files and folders.
• 

 

Lastly, in the search section, you can filter the search by Created date, Creator, Modifier, Modifier date.  

• Tick on checkbox will provide 3 dot actions. All action on file /folder based on permission.
