My Analytics

My Analytics gives insights into different reports about the tasks, process, Document Summary and Case Summary. Users can generate report based on the process name, status, Document Summary and Case Summary and dates. The generated report can be exported, saved and printed out from the system.

Pre-Requisites to access My Analytics:

  1. User has an account in DigiWorks Enterprise.
  2. User logged in successfully in the system.

Follow these steps to access My Analytics in DigiWorks Enterprise:

When user click Users Performance Report, need to enter some mandatory fields to generate report.

1. User Performance Report  All user performance report who starts the flows.
2. Select Workflow process (mandatory) All process name under dropdown list to select.
3. Select Division (mandatory) All Division name under which user exist display. 
4. Name of Officer/s Name of officer on depend on who login. If any group member or any top manager many users display in list to select to see the report.
5. Workflow Status(mandatory) Users have facility to filter on basic of status to generate reports.
6. Workflow Created as From (mandatory)  Users have facility to select workflow created date.
7. Workflow Completed on  Users have facility to select workflow completed date.

When user click Users Task Report need to enter some mandatory fields to generate report. 

1. Users Task  Report  All user performance report who starts the flows.
2. Select Workflow process (mandatory) All process name under dropdown list to select.
3. Select Division (mandatory) All Division name under which user exist display. 
4. Name of Officer/s Name of officer on depend on who login. If any group member or any top manager many users display in list to select to see the report.
5. Task Status(mandatory) Users have facility to filter on basic of status to generate reports.
6. Task Received as from (mandatory)  Users have facility to select Task Received date.
7. Task Completed on  Users have facility to select Task completed date.

when user click on generate Report button, For Performance or Task report will see report, Pai chart and Bar Chart as well as 3 options. 

  • Save report for save generated report.
  • Export as Excel for export generated file 
  • Print Report for printing the generated report.
  • Pie chart and Bar chart for graphical representation of selected user from dropdown list.

When user click on Document Summary, user need to enter some mandatory fields to generate report.

Document Status

Select Users Drop Downlist for select users
Modified From Calendar to select Modified From
Modified To Calender to select Modified To

When user click on Case Summary, user need to enter some mandatory fields to generate report.

Select Division(mandatory) Drop down list for Select Division
Folder Type Drop Down list for Folder Type
Folder Status

Select Users Drop Downlist for select users
Modified From Calendar to select Modified From
Modified To Calender to select Modified To

When user click Generate Button either Document Summary or Case Summary, the report displays with 2 more options. 

  • Save Report 
  • Export as Excel
