Create a Scheduled Meeting

  • Open CloudMeet

  • Click On Schedule Meeting

Meeting Title

Give your meeting a name in the Title field.

Description Give your meeting agenda int the Description field
Meeting Date

Select  Meeting Date from clender

Meeting Time

Select Meeting time from pop up

  • From : Select Meeting start time from the drop down

  • To       : Select Meeting End Time from drop down

  • Timezone ; Default timezone timezone automatically displayed according to your profile setting.. If want to change than select from Drop down

Meeting Participants

Click on Plus icon then the Add participants popup will display along with Favourite Contacts and Recent Contacts then click on Add to Meeting then participants will add to meeting.

Generate E-Mail for external guests

If check box is

  • Yes : If want to invite the guest through E-Mail than click on checkbox, The E-Mail go through default mail
  • No  : E-Mail not generate
Generate Meeting ID

Flipflop than system will generate

 Otherwise it display as Generate meeting id

Cancel Do not want to schedule the meeting than press  Cancel button
Schedule Meeting Click on Schedule Meeting  for meeting schedule
