Create a Scheduled Meeting
- Open CloudMeet
- Click On Schedule Meeting
Meeting Title |
Give your meeting a name in the Title field. |
Description | Give your meeting agenda int the Description field |
Meeting Date |
Select Meeting Date from clender |
Meeting Time |
Select Meeting time from pop up

Meeting Participants |
Click on Plus icon then the Add participants popup will display along with Favourite Contacts and Recent Contacts then click on Add to Meeting then participants will add to meeting. |
Generate E-Mail for external guests |
If check box is

Generate Meeting ID |
Flipflop than system will generate Otherwise it display as Generate meeting id |
Cancel | Do not want to schedule the meeting than press Cancel button |
Schedule Meeting | Click on Schedule Meeting for meeting schedule |
